Helical and structural engineers, to provide the correct solution to any problem. The Heliforce beaming system for structural reinforcement
and repair provides a rapid and cost effective means of restoring structural stability to buildings and structures where the
masonry has failed and lost its load bearing capabilities.
Heliforce bars are excellent for the sympathetic
repair of a range of masonry defects including repair of failed brick arches, cracks to cavity and solid walls, lintel failure,
creation of load bearing beams, reconnection of internal and external walls, restraint of bowing solid or cavity walls and
creation of movement joints. Remedial cavity wall tie systems can be employed
to reinstate stability to existing walls; damage by the expansion of corroding mild steel vertical twist ties; loss of wire
ties by corrosion; insufficient ties; ineffective ties and / or unrestrained masonry. These systems are innovative, dynamic and highly sympathetic to the structure and the
appearance of the property. A full structural survey is carried out to establish the correct method of repair. All stages of the work is explained,
and detailed before installation, and all repairs are carried out by trained professional tradesmen.
