I felt compelled to write to you and your team to tell you how impressed I have been with every aspect of your work.

From our very first meeting you were honest and explained to me in detail the work that needed to be carried out and the upheaval it would cause. I felt from this initial meeting I could prepare my family and myself for the future months of upset.

The first day your work men came to our house to remove our damaged flooring I was dreading coming home as I was sure I would find a disaster zone of dust and mess. I cannot tell you how amazed I was to find a clean, clear house (minus the flooring!)

For the final three weeks, when Mike and Dave were with us every day, I can honestly say they were professional in every aspect of their role. Not only was their work to the highest standard, they were tidy, polite and friendly. When I came home from work the only way I knew that they had been in the house was by the work they had done. They were accommodating and helpful with any questions I had, no matter how silly!

I found your communication throughout the project to be reassuring, friendly and professional. You far exceeded my expectations in many ways, something very rare these days especially among labourers. I never felt like 'just another job' or that any enquiry was a trivial one, For that I thank you, it was a very hard time for my family and I as we had only just moved to our new home which was now a building site.

You kept all your promises and thanks to you, your team, their skill and workmanship our home was ready for Christmas and as you said it would 'looking better than before'.

I would highly recommend you to friends and family and always use your company in the future. I am happy for you to use this letter to give to future clients.

Please pass on my thanks to your team and I thank you so much for making a really tough time easier to cope with. With your customer service, skill and knowledge I am sure your company will continue to make others as happy and pleased as we are.

In response to our telephone conversation on 15th June 2007 regarding the decoration works to St John's Primary School in Redhill, the Breyer Group have agreed along with the head teacher that all internal decorating works will be completed by Friday 24th August 2007, this is two weeks prior to the school returning from the summer holidays.

It is imperative that these works are completed on or before this date and no outstanding works are left to complete, could you please therefore, programme your labour resources to complete by this date, and return a signed acknowledgement to this fact.

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you following a recent claim that my husband and I submitted on our household insurance policy for a bad flood that we suffered in our kitchen.

The level of service that we received throughout the whole period of time during which the work was being carried out was outstanding, the area was left tidy every evening and we were made to feel that nothing we needed was too much trouble for Mick, Chris and their team. The dedication that they showed to their work was very impressive and we feel that they made a traumatic experience much more bearable for us than it could otherwise have been.
